2. SCOPE AND INTERNATIONAL REACH
These Terms apply to all users globally (including Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, USA, Canada, and Japan).
Although governed by Brazilian law, we respect mandatory consumer protection rules of your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be contractually waived.
3. MEDIA OPERATION AND MONETIZATION (MCM/AdX)
3.1 Technical Management:
TiMo Midia is responsible for the advertising and technological management of these domains, operating through programmatic partnerships and MCM (Multiple Customer Management) structures with Google and other networks, when applicable.
3.2 Third-Party Ads:
Advertisements may be served automatically. TiMo Midia is not responsible for the content, products, services, policies, or practices of third-party websites accessed via ads. Accessing such links is the sole responsibility of the user.
3.3 Eligibility (Minimum Age):
Our websites are not directed at children. You must observe the legal minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction for the use of digital services. Where required by law, use by minors must be supervised by legal guardians.
4. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Sanction: Violation of these rules may result in immediate access blocking (including via IP/ASN and other security measures), in addition to applicable extrajudicial and judicial actions to recover damages and lost profits.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (texts, design, logos, trademarks, images, videos, and code) is the exclusive property of TiMo Midia or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation without express authorization is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
7.1 Availability:
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of technical failures beyond our control.
7.2 Disclaimer:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TiMo Midia is not liable for:
(i) decisions, restrictions, suspensions, or policies imposed by third-party platforms (such as Google Ad Manager, AdX, and other partners) and
